1.6 Sending a nurse to the insured's residence

 

Should the insured and / or one of his employees with a valid employment contract need, by medical prescription, to remain in bed under the care of a nurse but without need for hospitalisation as a result of an accident that occurred in the business premises of the insured, the insurer shall organise and bear the cost of sending the aforementioned nurse to take care of the injured party for a maximum of 40 hours (for minimum 4 h periods
